Francine was one of the brightest colors in the fabric of Puerto Vallarta.
She was a beloved member of the PV community as well as in her
hometown of Nanimo, British Columbia, Canada. Her art can be seen not
only in Puerto Vallarta, but in galleries throughout the world.
Casa Esperanza (formally The Banderas Bay
Women’s Shelter) is dedicated to protect the
lives of women and children in Mexico who are
in situations of domestic violence and prepare them to live a life free of
