Francine was one of the brightest colors in the fabric of Puerto Vallarta. She was a beloved member of the PV community as well as in awe hometown of Nanimo, British Columbia, Canada. Her art can be seen not only in Puerto Vallarta, but in Galleries through out the world.

Casa Esperanza(formally The Banderas Bay Woman's Shelter) is dedicated to protect the lives of woman and children in Mexico who in situations of domestic violence and prepare them to live a life free of violence.
